Meal-Morial Madness 2026 Wrap-up

Thanks to our wonderful donors, volunteers, and supporters, Meal-Morial Madness 2026 ended up raising $8,265.00 for Feeding America. Somewhere out there, thanks to our donors we’ve made a difference for someone struggling with food insecurity. The last few years have been rough, and 2026 is arguably worse than last year when it comes to food prices and gas prices. 

This year was a milestone for 4Score7Pongs as we claimed the #1 Fundraising Team on Tiltify for Feeding America! This was years in the making, and we can claim we’re finally #1 (take that Jimmy Fallon).

Now it’s time for some stats. 

• Campaign Donation Total: $8,265.00 – Down 16.3% from last year
• ~84 unique donors
• Median Donation Amount: $25.00 
• Twitch
  • ~250 unique viewers on Twitch
  • 31 max viewers on Twitch
  • ~45 unique chatters on Twitch
  • We were the #1 streamer for many of our niche game titles
• 30 volunteers
  • 5 new volunteers! (not a cult!)
• 4 Nintendo Switch 2s hooked up simultaneously
• 49 DVD corner hits in the overnight
• ~47 hours streaming continuous
  • 2 baby network outages

We saw a tremendous increase in engagement on Twitch and our social accounts. Unfortunately that engagement did not have a correlation with our donors and donation total which was down. But as our founder stated in his 2026 State of the Pongs address, a focus in 2026 was on sustainability. We are committed to Meal-Morial Madness for the long haul which will have a larger impact than a record year any year. We didn’t get to be the #1 Fundraising Team on Tiltify because we were lucky, it’s because we know that the fight is never over, and that there’s always work to be done. 

Thank you to everyone that donated, tuned in, shared the socials, or spread the word. We are genuinely humbled every year that people show up to support us and care as much as we do about helping those in need.
